Escape the island and enjoy the serenity. Set sail at sunset in a local Dhoni on an ocean adventure and learn to fish the traditional Maldivian way with a line and hook. Your catch can also be cooked by our chefs for lunch or dinner the next day.

Sunrise Fishing
Experience fishing with the magnificent view of the sunrise of the Indian Ocean.
Watch the sky get warm and yellowish while the fresh rays of sun glisten the waters of the Maldives. Hop on our Bliss Dhoni, a traditional Maldivian fishing boat, early in the morning and set sail while letting the beauty of the scenery carry you away.
Equipment and bait fish is provided.

This would the perfect way to end your day as the sun sets in a spectacular display on the horizon. Try your luck at catching any of the multiple species living in the local waters by using traditional Maldivian methods. It ain’t easy!

Absolutely not! We operate our excursions on a flexible schedule. our excursion crew, led by our excursion guide Fauzan, will be happy to assist you on the spot.
We usually operate one excursion a day. However should you be interested in a private excursion, do not hesitate to contact our Front Office Team. They will be happy to assist.
Our excursions are usually for half a day. We depart early in the morning to be back on time for lunch at Hermit’s.
