The staffs are always willing to help. We also enjoyed to chat with the staffs and chill out with them when they are off duty. Clean room with a large bottle of water everyday is a big plus!

The rooms are... read more nice, if relatively simple; an excellent house reef is a short walk along the beach (steps from the hotel), and the staff is amazing, works really hard to make one's stay ideal. I recommend the excursions, too - decently priced and gives one great opportunities for sea inhabitants like mantas or whale sharks

The BLISS team on the airport takes care of you as well and help you with navigating you to the boat or exchange office or also gets you a s SIM card within 5 minutes. Rooms are super clean and so are all other places from restaurant to reception and top floor. Super cool lead by Natalia. Keep up the good work and see you next February 2024 😉 IF you look for packed adventure with lots of action BILSS is the place to be. If you want to chill you can do it as well since the beach is just couple meters away and if you go a little bit further you are lost in the island jungle or bikini beach which is 3km long from almost the hotel until the end if the island to the south.
